Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, close to tourist attractions. Good value for money.

The hotel is small, intimate. Room is spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Good breakfasts (with a sea view). There is a modern elevator. Close to the most important monuments. To the main street in this area and tram T1 is about 15 minutes walk, a bit uphill. Right next to it there is tram line T6 going to the metro. There are many restaurants and smaller pubs in the area, but you can't hear noise from them. If I had to go to Istanbul again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel.

Unfortunately, you can feel some kitchen smells even on the 4th floor. One day there was no hot water due to a breakdown, but they fixed it quickly.

The hotel provided services that met all my expectations.

Good value for money, great location and a 20-minute walk from Sultanahmet. I give it a 7, but with a bit more friendliness.

Location in a very touristy area (Kumkapi), lots of restaurants, shops, and 'hustle and bustle' on the street. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not a suitable location.

Simple room but with air conditioning, mini fridge, and kettle + tea / coffee 👍

Young receptionist was friendly but older man didn't say anything. Also, there was no discussion about the fact that I came alone instead of 2. So not particularly flexible or customer-friendly. Breakfast was okay but a lot of the same. No yogurt or other fruits besides watermelon. Scrambled eggs, coffee, and cake were great!
