The staff is very friendly. They offer tea and fruit, and they do not pressure you with things like the checkout time
There are things that need to be updated, particularly the elevator, in which I got stuck for about two or three minutes, and the emergency phone only had Turkish or Arabic. The staff speaks a too basic English. The air conditioning in the room was already somewhat old, so I only had the option of setting the room very cold. And one day the housekeeper forgot to change my towels

Definitely liked the service. Small, but nice. After a long flight, I checked into the hotel and was brought an upgrade to the room. Everything is clean, tidy. Nearby are all the sights, tram and you can walk everywhere.
It would not hurt to renovate the room. Everything is clean, but a bit old.
