AlinRobbed by the hotel of the cost of two rooms that were already reserved by someone else.
The location looks good and the area is very quiet.
With all that I paid for 5 rooms for 1 night and the reservation was made more than 4 months in advance, when we arrived at the hotel, the entire staff tried to convince us that the Booking platform does not work in Turkey, so they did not receive the payment and we could not stay there. After a long discussion, a compromise was reached to accommodate all of us in just 3 rooms with what we had paid for 5 because the remaining rooms were reserved for a private party.
Very disappointing service in this respect and we felt cheated out of the money for two rooms. The hotel could not refund any part of the money because they said it was not their responsibility.

Located in a very quiet area, but next to an exhibition area, which we needed. It was so nice to walk around the surroundings.

Uncomfortable, bad hygiene. Breakfast was included, but it was served so late that we never got to try it.
