AliFeel scammed and disappointed. The receptionist just laughed at me and didn't help.
Absolutely nothing
Upon arrival, was informed by reception that they couldn't find my booking. Advised to make a new booking, resulting in double payment. Receptionist suggested paying by card and fixing it in the morning. Ended up paying three times for one night. Issue remains unresolved. Staff unresponsive to emails or calls from booking to authorise refunds. When informed, staff laughed and showed no concern.
