NOTHING!!!!!

Upon arriving at room 216 of Turkuaz Suit, I was immediately disappointed. Frankly, this has been the worst lodging experience we've encountered. It resembled more of a motel, suitable only for those in dire need of sleep.

I had to purchase wet wipes to clean areas of the room and its surroundings myself. The bathroom was in a deplorable state - the shower lacked proper separation, causing water to inundate the entire bathroom after each use. The furnishings and appliances were aged, soiled, and falling apart. Despite having a kitchenette, it was essentially unusable. The kettle was soiled, and basic utensils were nonexistent.

Nails were protruding from the floor in several places. The bathroom's hairdryer seemed hazardous, and there was an exposed cable next to the sink, which posed a significant risk due to the bathroom's wet conditions. I felt that guest safety was being severely disregarded.

Furthermore, communication was challenging as the receptionist had no proficiency in English. We had to rely on a translator throughout our stay. Nonetheless, I acknowledge the staff's attempts to assist and their willingness to relocate us upon our complaint. Regrettably, the alternative room offered was not markedly better. Nevertheless, I recognise their endeavour and eagerness to help.

In summation, the quality of this lodging is wholly unsuitable for tourists. The entire situation left me deeply dismayed, even evoking anxiety at the thought of spending the night there.

The sole benefit of this establishment is its proximity to the airport. Other than that, I categorically do not recommend this lodging.

We were in this hotel for the first and last time. We go to Turkey and have really good experiences with hotels, but this hotel is really terrible. Firstly, we had booked a large apartment for 7 of us. That apartment looked literally like a hostel - the tiles were terribly cracked, the water was leaking in the kitchen, the shower was awful - rusty, water flowing very little, either extremely hot or extremely cold, and the shower area was not enclosed so the whole bathroom was wet after showering. As for comfort, the beds were more or less clean but nothing special. The TV seemed like a decoration because it didn't work, and there was a nail sticking out of the floor by the fridge in the kitchen. In terms of location, it's also a disaster, there are no shops or cafes around the hotel, and since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, it's quite inconvenient. And the reception? Not clean, even the floor was sticky and untidy. The bathroom was not clean.
