Poor

The location was good, near a mall and restaurants across the road. The room was a good size.

The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No one spoke English. We booked a room with 2 full-sized beds, but the room only had one full bed and one single bed. The air conditioning didn't work. The windows wouldn't stay open. The bed linen was old and scratchy. The TV remote was faulty. We made complaints and emailed the hotel, but nothing was done.

Heating would not turn off so room was roasting. Staff didn't know how to turn heating off either. It made the stay very unpleasant.
