- The hotel is massive, offering a lot to explore.
- Numerous restaurants and dining choices. It has two separate coffee bars and cafes.
- The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly.
- They cater to babies - I visited with my 8-month-old and he enjoyed it.
- The hotel is conveniently located on the beach, and you can order drinks directly to your sun lounger via a QR code.
- Cafe bonbon offers one of the best iced matchas I have ever tasted.
- The concierge (Recep) is very helpful and accommodating.
The best hotel I have visited to date! Highly recommended!
- The food at Myra buffet was a bit repetitive over a one-week stay but still delicious!
- The food choices for babies are somewhat limited, but it is to be expected (they always had soup available at lunch spots, but make sure to double-check the salt content as some were a bit salty!).
- One staff member at the spa reception was a bit rude (e.g. sharp with the comment 'do you want to book or not').
- There was a sushi night, and I felt quite unwell afterwards (only for a day) but it was my fault for eating raw fish.
