Good location
Due to a specific employee named Hamdi, he prevented me from booking a massage. Initially, he kept pressuring me and my daughter to book a specific, expensive massage without giving us a chance to choose. When we requested a foot massage, he became annoyed. This is not a bargaining market; ultimately, I am the client who wishes to book a specific service. Furthermore, when he inquired about my nationality and I mentioned that the massage he offered would be cheaper in my country, I informed him I was from Kuwait. His response, 'your country is not professional like ours,' is inappropriate. This is not an acceptable way to communicate. Lastly, as Muslim women, he should not have continued to invade our personal space. This behavior is extremely rude, especially considering I wear a hijab. Additionally, he claimed to be a chiropractor and inspected my daughter's back without consent. I kindly request that you take my feedback seriously.
