Hotel in the city center with double exit on the internal road and the port road. Very convenient.
The room did not have a curtain large enough to cover the entire window. It was requested to install a second curtain but it was not done. Small room and bathroom.

On-site parking. Very helpful staff member in parking area.
Clean. Centrally located overlooking the marina. Short walk into the old town. Gloria Jeans on the ground floor provides reliable coffee.
There was a crack in the shower ceiling that leaked water during showers. It was fixed the next day after being reported.

Upon arrival at night, despite confirming my arrival time two days in advance, the reception informed me that no room was available for the first night as it had been given to another guest. The hotel's staff made no meaningful effort to assist me in finding alternative accommodation at such short notice. The few available nearby hotels were too expensive.
Consequently, I had no option but to sleep on the floor within the hotel premises. I could only check in at midday the next day.
When I requested a refund for the first night, the receptionist mentioned that he was 'thinking about it'. Instead, I was offered an extra night at the end of my stay, which was not helpful as I had already arranged my return flight and booked the hotel for specific dates.
Following Booking.com's cancellation of the original booking and refund reversal, the receptionist became hostile and threatened involvement of the police unless I paid for the remaining nights. Subsequently, the manager apologised, and a refund for the first night was provided.
However, spending the initial night on the floor heavily impacted the start of my visit, causing exhaustion for the subsequent two days. I found the conduct of the junior reception staff to be impolite, confrontational, and exceedingly unhelpful.
I have no intention of revisiting this establishment. It is regrettable because the hotel itself was otherwise enjoyable, but the handling of the situation was unacceptable.
