The staff were accommodating and pleasant.
The initial room given to us was soiled and damaged, so we asked for a different room which was provided to us by the staff willingly. However, the sink in this room was dirty as well. There were cigarette burns, hair, and stains on the bedding. The towels given to us were damp. We tried to have our bedding cleaned the following day by placing the cleaning card on the bed, but the sheets were not washed. We utilised the laundry service, only to have our clothes returned moist.
Our room was equipped with kitchen cabinets and a sink, but all cupboards were bare, leaving us no option to prepare or consume meals. Our experience was truly disappointing, and being in the room felt unpleasant.

The central location is a big plus.
One must consider, one is in the city. From 7:00 in the morning it gets louder, but with earplugs no problem.
