The place is nice, the staff very courteous and helpful, it was clean, and the breakfast was great. Be aware that they don't speak much English, but it doesn't prevent you from being well received!
Be cautious about the location given on Google Maps, the hotel is in the vicinity but not exactly where the address on google is noted.

Incorrectly advertised, no air conditioning, no drying rack, no carpet, no soundproofing. Shabby.

A regular hotel without frills. Clean and comfortable. Now there is a paid parking lot near the hotel, so you don't have to leave your car on the street. Breakfast is there but a bit weak. And the price is not expensive. Not far from the city center.

Do not go. The room was really dirty. It would be kind of okay, if only the floors were dirty, but nothing was clean. Not even the bed sheets or the towels were clean. One of the staff members working in the kitchen was really kind, but nevertheless, it was a disappointment.
