Cleanliness and location
We had to leave the hotel after booking for hours due to a special reason and we requested with all respect to refund the amount and deduct the booking for a night even though we did not use the suite. The receptionist was far from professional and courteous, showing disregard and impatience. Even though we cancelled two full nights without using the suite and only requested to complete the procedure as we didn't return to them twice in a row, the employee should have more professionalism and kindness because such procedures are very normal in all hotels.
