We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was exceptional. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel while visiting Erbil. From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.
A special shoutout to Saeed at the reception desk, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and enhanced my stay with his warm hospitality.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and tranquil. The cuisine was superb, with delightful dishes and exceptional service during my stay. The ambience was so serene and pleasing that I often preferred to stay in rather than go out.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil. I am eager to return in the future.
