The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of choices.
The hotel's location was convenient.
My overall experience at the hotel was satisfactory. The internet connection was superb—reliable and fast. Breakfast provided a diverse selection, and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
However, a few issues almost spoiled my stay:
- **Parking:** The parking garage was often full due to the high number of guests' vehicles. The parking area is small and cramped, and sometimes the security guard was absent. This led to cars blocking the exit when guests were trying to leave, causing inconvenience and difficulty.
- **Reception issue:** The receptionist misplaced my Kurdish residency card, resulting in significant complications and a stressful day.
- **Room maintenance (fridge):** The refrigerator in my room was broken, and there was insufficient follow-up from the maintenance team. Despite staying for over 10 days and numerous attempts to fix the issue, the fridge remained unusable until my departure.
Despite the positive aspects, these issues had a notable impact on my overall experience.

In my opinion; this was the best hotel I've ever been in. The service I and my family received there was flawless. Also, the rooms were very clean, almost no impurity seen in sight. The wifi was very fast, and the air conditioning cooled the room in a minute
