What I liked the most was the location, especially if the room's window overlooks the mountain, the hotel's cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the proximity of the needed services for travelers.
Lack of precision in organizing the rooms for cleaning services, as the cleaner would enter the room without knowing if it's vacant, causing delays in service execution. Complaints were due to the noise, but overall the staff were very friendly.
