Good hotel

The hotel was great - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and exceeded my expectations.

However, the main problem was accessing the hotel. A military checkpoint on the road required guests to have prior approval from the hotel to pass. Unfortunately, this approval was not arranged in advance, resulting in a nearly hour-long wait under the hot sun. This authorization should have been sorted before my arrival to avoid delays.

Besides this issue, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable.

Poor hotel

The hotel staff were unprofessional and disrespectful towards us, informing us that foreigners are not permitted to enter the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to contact them over the phone, I did not receive any response. Additionally, the hotel's location was not accurately marked on the map, causing difficulty in locating it.
