AmmarThe room needs more upgrades for the bed base and breakfast should be provided.
There is inadequate ventilation in the room.
The bed sponge base is in poor condition and needs to be replaced to ensure adequate thickness and comfort.
There are 2 malfunctioning electric switches in the room.
The electricity and internet have been disconnected multiple times.
Breakfast was not provided even though it was advertised in the booking.
The staff are excellent, respectful, and respond quickly when asked for assistance.

Hamza the receptionist was extremely helpful when some plans changed. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly. The room is clean and the price is good. It's also quiet, which is nice. Good location as well.
