I will recommend my friends to come to this hotel.

The hotel is located in the center and close to all places. All the staff are wonderful and the breakfast is good. There is a pool in the hotel, a great place for families.

The staff, especially an Arab employee, treated us very badly at the reception, I mean, it was so bad that he almost hit me. I wanted to express myself in Kurdish in Kurdistan but the staff knew neither Kurdish nor English. I was not satisfied at all. I wouldn't recommend to anyone in Turkey...

Negative

There was excessive street noise due to the hotel's location on Erbil's busiest street. I didn't have water available to wash my face in the morning. They mentioned it would be resolved soon, but it wasn't fixed by the time I checked out. The valet attendant did not assist in moving another car that was blocking mine, so I had to do it myself. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
