Very good in general, but it is very necessary for the hotel management to pay more attention to the issue of room service staff, especially when guests have placed a 'do not disturb' sign and entered the room.
A situation occurred where a staff member entered the bedroom without permission from us, and there was a 'do not disturb' sign. One of the family's belongings went missing. The hotel management was informed, and the hotel owner, who was the manager, was understanding and assured that the negligent staff would be held accountable.
الحقيقه حدثت حادثه وهي دخول العامل الى غرفه النوم دون استاذان منا وكانت هناك لافطه عدم الازعاج وتم فقد احدى الاشياء من غراض العائله وقد تم تبيلغ اداره الفندق وكان المدير صاحب الفندق متفهم واكد محاسبه المقصرين
