Overall very good, but it is very necessary for the hotel management to pay more attention to the issue of the room service staff, especially when the guests place a "do not disturb" sign and enter the room.
Actually, an incident occurred when the worker entered the sleeping room without our permission, and there was a "do not disturb" sign, and one of the family's belongings was lost. The hotel management was informed and the hotel manager, the owner, was responsive and promised to hold the negligent accountable.
الحقيقه حدثت حادثه وهي دخول العامل الى غرفه النوم دون استاذان منا وكانت هناك لافطه عدم الازعاج وتم فقد احدى الاشياء من غراض العائله وقد تم تبيلغ اداره الفندق وكان المدير صاحب الفندق متفهم واكد محاسبه المقصرين
