First hotel, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the management, especially Mr. Ahmed, who was accommodating to all the needs of the hotel guests, as well as the constant smiles from everyone that gives you comfort in this hotel.

It is preferable to understand the difference between a club room and a suite.

The room was tidy, cozy, and well-located. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, especially Mr. Moataz at the front desk, who graciously upgraded us to a room with a lovely view. The amenities were top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Nothing at all. Everything lived up to our expectations, and we had a fantastic stay.
