Central location with parking, making it the perfect spot. Very pleasant breakfast room. Large, luxuriously decorated room.
Uncomfortable bed with plastic sheet underneath making it hot. AC was turned off at night making sleeping difficult as the room was too hot. Only one of the many sockets in the room worked, and many of the light switches didn't work, including reading lights, so the room was either too bright or completely dark.

The very central location and private parking: you can reach the main points of interest in the historic center practically on foot.
The structure is quite dated and not exactly very clean. It is not possible to turn off the ventilation in the room, which runs all night without stopping with a very annoying background noise. But above all, having the room overlooking the breakfast room, we heard the waiter preparing the tables making noise with dishes and cutlery from 2 to 3 in the morning. It was practically impossible to sleep well. Staff not particularly attentive.

Good location in the old town, clean and spacious, free use of the underground garage, helpful and reliable reception
Rooms facing the courtyard in the early morning are quite noisy. Also, it took a very long time for breakfast orders to be fulfilled.
