The hotel location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all superb.
The blond receptionist is rude to guests. We requested an additional mattress for our child, but she refused and asked us to bring down our luggage from the luggage rack. When we approached the reception, she mentioned, "We only reserved two beds." I replied, "I understand that, but why did you ask us to bring down our luggage from the rack? Why didn't you communicate with us before making us do so?" This blond girl should be dismissed from the hotel as she is tarnishing their reputation.

The staff responded promptly to my needs. The Uru James and Bazzel are nearby. The amenities are very luxurious.
If the Wi-Fi disconnects from the hotel, it is necessary to reconnect again, which can be inconvenient.

The location is great, right in the center with many good restaurants nearby, satisfying breakfast, friendly staff, and a plus for this location is the included parking space. We felt good.
Not related to the hotel but there was a noisy group of children that bothered us
