Fantastic hotel with the best location and service
We stayed at Costa Maya in Bodrum as two friends, and we had a really lovely experience.
The location is perfect - only about a 5-minute walk down to the marina, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The pool area was really nice and clean, with plenty of space and plenty of sun loungers. The pool was a good size, and it was never overcrowded, which made it very relaxing to spend the day there.
The cleanliness at the hotel was also very good, and both the room and the other areas were kept tidy and clean.
But what really made our stay extra special was the staff. They were without a doubt the cherry on top. We have rarely experienced a staff that was so attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in whether the guests were having a good time. They were always smiling and helpful, and you really felt welcome from the moment you arrived.
It wasn't just good service - it felt like they actually went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good experience. They were quick to help if we had questions or needed anything, and at the same time, they were good at giving us space to just enjoy our vacation. Their professionalism and service-mindedness made a huge difference and helped to create the relaxed and cozy atmosphere at the hotel.
We had actually expected to spend the majority of our vacation outside the hotel, but because it was so nice to be there, we ended up spending more days at the hotel than we had planned. That really says a lot about how pleasant the stay was.
All in all, we highly recommend Costa Maya - especially if you value a good location, a lovely pool area, and above all, a fantastic staff that truly makes guests feel welcome and appreciated.
We would love to come back again!

Good value for money with excellent location

The location is REALLY good.
Very close to shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beautiful marina WITHOUT any noise disturbance at night. Felt very safe for 2 women traveling together.
All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and respectful.
Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey, this is a very clean, safe, and has good vibes hotel. And we would stay here again.
We only had breakfast once and then ate breakfast elsewhere.
It was just not for us, and the coffee is simply instant coffee from a machine.
