Poor maintenance left basic issues unresolved.

The location is great. Candy land was also good . Food was good.

1. The phone in our room was not working. We informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed during our entire stay.

2. The electronic “Do Not Disturb / Clean Room” sign was also not working. Because of this, housekeeping would knock on our door early in the morning and even enter the room while we were still asleep, which was extremely disruptive. By the third night, we had to ask reception to print a paper “Do Not Disturb” sign for us to place on the door simply to avoid being disturbed in the morning. That temporary paper sign remained on our door until checkout, as neither the electronic sign nor the room telephone was ever repaired.

3. The air conditioning in both the lobby and dining area was not working properly, making these common areas uncomfortably warm and negatively affecting the overall experience.

Overall, these unresolved maintenance issues significantly affected our comfort and were disappointing, particularly as they were reported but remained unresolved throughout our stay.

Everything is perfect except for the pool

The facilities are exceptional - especially for children under 10. Onsite water park, amusement park, swimming pools etc.

We have been upgraded to a large villa which was fantastic!!! Thank you Vogue!

The buffet is very extensive but as we stayed 11 days it got a bit repetitive and the English descriptions were often missing

Your time is valuable, not to mention your money!

Terrible hotel, starting from the reception to the hotel staff. We arrived at the hotel at 14:30 for check-in indicated at booking at 14:00, but we waited at the reception for 1.5-2 hours and were finally checked in closer to 18:00. The hotel claims to be 'Premium' but has nothing to do with the meaning of this word. No one met us, no one asked for our passports, the main building entrance was like a train station. Finally, they gave us a room, told us to go to the exit and wait for a free car to take us, okay, we went out and waited another 20 minutes on the street until the car arrived to take us to check-in. When we entered the room, we realized it was a completely different room from what was shown on Booking (different bed, different room size, different view, bathroom and toilet completely different, the room was very old and far away from the main building). Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room, as seen in the photos we took. We immediately decided to go back to the reception to address this issue. We had two children with a stroller, so we went back ourselves. We returned and simply asked to be relocated. A manager came out and said the following: 'If you want to change to a room in the main building it will be 190€ per night, but there are no available rooms!' It was just a complete disaster, we were tired from the journey, the children were tired, there was practically no point in dealing with this. We were definitely not the only ones dissatisfied with this hotel! Again waiting, they asked us to look at a room that just became available, we went out again, waited for the car, were taken, and shown the room on the second floor (where there is no elevator). We went up with the stroller and the room was indeed freshly available. We understood that this was originally the room we booked, which more or less resembled the photos on Booking. We left it, the kids were already hungry, so we took them to eat at the main restaurant and were shocked by the complete lack of cleanliness on the tables, chairs, and the waiters just ignored you.

Don't expect to be served, for your things to be taken, orders are taken, but we didn't wait for a single order, for drinks, we were in this hotel for less than a day and couldn't stay there any longer because of the terrible service, complete lack of cleanliness, unbearable surroundings, and we checked out earlier than planned! We have been to different hotels in Turkey, but this was the first time we encountered such issues! Absolutely not worth the money, would give the hotel a maximum of 3 stars. The park is also a complete deception, the hotel claims that guests have free access to attractions, but it's not at all like that, most of the attractions such as roller coasters, water slides, trampolines, entertainment for children are paid, the children's club only operates until 20:00. After 20:00 everything your child wants to do, you have to pay for! The park itself is quite old, rundown, safety measures on the attractions are virtually non-existent, they didn't even ask my son to fasten the seatbelt and didn't do it themselves, he rode the cars (dad rushed to strap him in and swore). Huge crowds of people and long lines. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Don't fall for the beautiful pictures, most of them are, in my opinion, edited. Read the reviews on all internet platforms, everything they write negatively about the hotel is indeed true! We didn't read the reviews, saw the park, looked at the aqua park photos, and just trusted what we saw. But in reality, everything is very different!
