In my opinion, the hotel is excellent in almost every respect.
The hotel is exceptional in terms of service, cleanliness, and the prompt responsiveness of the staff.
The only two drawbacks are that the air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted to a cooler temperature, and the hot water in the bathroom is not warm enough for a comfortable shower—it is almost cold.
