A perfect holiday, an amazing team!

Our 9-day stay at Kaya Side was truly wonderful. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious and varied. All staff members were smiling, respectful, and helpful. I would like to specially thank Emrah Bey from Guest Relations. When I first arrived at the hotel, I had some concerns, but thanks to his sincere approach, I felt safe from the very beginning. I trusted him so much that I even told my daughter, “If you get lost, go to the reception and find Emrah Bey.” The whole team made us feel the warmth of family and friends. We truly felt valued.

Honestly, we did not experience anything negative that we could say in any area. Everything was beyond our expectations. We thank the Kaya Side team very very much for everything.

The hotel is not modern, but well-maintained, the staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast is intercontinental, the other meals contain local dishes and desserts. The hotel has multiple pools, and the beach is close to the rooms.

The larger rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub, which unfortunately is small.
