Attentive and friendly staff. Thank you Okan and Almine. The Moldovan-Kyrgyz family thanks for the pleasant time spent. If you want to have a pleasant leisure time, for example, visit the aquarium, go on a sea walk on a boat, or choose other entertainment, the hotel staff will be happy to help organize everything.
AsiyeIt's a nice hotel if you want to stay close to the city centre, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
The staff were our favorite part.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. During the cleaning service, they forgot to leave extra towels, bed sheets, and soap, so we had to go downstairs ourselves to collect them. However, the staff were helpful and friendly whenever we went downstairs and asked for assistance.
The pool was also dirty, so we decided not to use it.
