One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!
Everything was perfect - the food, the staff, the rooms, the pool, and the hotel itself. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel because everything was so amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The food was outstanding! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for doing such an amazing job.
I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The property is beautiful, with a stunning courtyard, lovely restaurant, and seating area. The ruins are impressive and a major attraction. The staff were accommodating, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The room was pleasant, and I appreciated having a key-based safe. The massage service was exceptional and well worth the cost. They provide a convenient luggage room for guests waiting for their room or airport transfer. The à la carte restaurant offers delicious food and is popular among guests.
There were very few sunbeds, and towels were not regularly replaced. Later in the day, there were no fresh towels available at the pool, and there was a lack of staff presence. The room did not have a kettle or iron, and these amenities were available through an external service for an additional cost. Despite being advertised as an adults-only hotel (14+), families with young children were seen during the stay. The breakfast was unappetising, and tables were left dirty, not adequately prepared for the next guests.

The location, staff, and overall vibe-looks were fantastic. Breakfast was also nice- maybe it would be nice to have more options about coffee and fresh juices. The poolside area was very pleasant, and the pool size was super (other similar hotels have a rather small pool). Would absolutely visit again!
One thing that was missing was the option to iron clothes. Not like the ironing service but the option to use an iron in your own room. Two recommendations: replace the blue poolside umbrellas with ones featuring a more attractive design to improve the overall look, and play calmer or 'chill-house' style music by the pool.
