Food was great, portion sizes at dinner were large, great value for money. Pool was nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Great stay. Always a nice place to stay if you want a nice, chilled, relaxing stay.
Hotel was excellent, no complaints. But there is a shop opposite, I would advise not to use as they mark up the price on everything and then charge you more than what you're supposed to pay. I would advise you go to the Migros Supermarket, 10min walk away, much cheaper prices, bigger selection of products.
JoanaThe room was delightful, staff were helpful, the location is distant from the old town but near to Lara beach so you can choose accordingly.
It appeared very elegant and we all adored the pool and the fact that the hotel is a one-stop destination for families. They offer a spa, children's room, restaurants, etc.
I was disappointed at the end of our visit when we experienced a 4-hour water supply disruption due to a fault, and on top of that, there was an electricity maintenance issue of which the staff were unaware, resulting in an hour-long power outage. It was very inconvenient as we were staying on the first floor with a very heavy pram and in sweltering heat.
