It was super nice, we will definitely go again!

Exceptional

A comfortable and pleasant stay with great food and amenities.

We were grateful for the early check-in. After a restless night and an early morning flight, we arrived extremely tired. Being able to enter our room before the official check-in time made a significant difference. Instead of waiting, we were promptly offered breakfast, which was a thoughtful gesture that started our stay on a positive note. The check-in process was efficient and the staff assisted us with the paperwork.

The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, welcoming, and very helpful. I was surprised to find a birthday card in the room, which, although a small gesture, felt personal and considerate. We were pleased that our rooms were located close to our family's rooms, enhancing our overall comfort during the stay.

The food went beyond our expectations. The variety and quality were outstanding - everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. There were numerous options at every meal, and we always found something enjoyable. We particularly liked that food was available not only during regular meal times but also in between. On one occasion, when we arrived with family after normal lunch hours, we were still able to enjoy hot dishes instead of just light snacks. This flexibility was convenient and contributed to the overall comfort of our stay.

A good variety of mocktails was a nice addition.

The hotel facilities were a significant highlight as well. The spa area, indoor pool, sauna, and gym were well-kept and enjoyable. It was especially pleasant to have access to the pool even in winter.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and felt well looked after during our stay.

The room was a bit dusty even after housekeeping.

The nearby transfer company affiliated with the hotel charges higher rates compared to standard taxis. Ordering a taxi directly to the hotel through an app was often challenging as drivers frequently cancelled, making transportation less convenient. As the hotel works with this company, it may be worth reconsidering this partnership for the guests' convenience.
