MikhailReplacement of all air conditioners in the hotel. At least one employee is available in the evenings and at night.
From the pluses, it is 10-15 minutes to the sea, there are 2 shops nearby, the street is really quiet.
I would rate it as 2 points. One of them only for the fact that they moved us, as the faulty air conditioner hummed terribly. The relocation happened after 5 days, after the first complaint about the conditioner...
Dirty. The maid does not clean at all. The cleaning before check-in was conditional, there was a bottle lying under the bed. Everyone is very tired. The air conditioner in the new room was slightly quieter than in the one where it lived its own life. The pool only became clean after it cooled down and the guests stopped bathing in it.
No employees on the territory, if someone from the guests arranges a party, no one will stop it. Over 2 weeks of stay, the bed linen and towels were changed only at the moment of our relocation.

Dirty room, The sofa, bed, kitchen was very dirty and the smell of the room was disgusting, No bed sheets, Wouldn't listen to us, this hotel ruined our whole vacation, There was a lizard in our room. The toilet had no door and was translucent so you could see in the toilet. All the floors were sticky and dirty. The bin was full of trash and dirty diapers when we arrived and the smell was unbearable. They didn't have a lift so if you were at the top floor the stairs would be a nightmare, We didn't sleep at all, we even got sick because of how tired we were.
