I especially liked the work of the staff. Here the employees are like real goldfish that fulfill guests' wishes. It's enough just to ask and in a few minutes they will bring you water or ice, even late at night. The staff is always in touch via WhatsApp creating a feeling of absolute comfort and care. Such attention to detail and readiness to help in any situation make the stay truly comfortable. Each employee works with a smile and sincere desire to assist you. I sincerely thank the hotel team for their hard work and heartfelt attitude, and confidently recommend this hotel to everyone who values not only service but also the human touch.

The views were pleasant, but that's about it.
Advertising facilities that are not available, for example, the pool was closed. The beach club turned me away twice after a hot walk down the side of a cliff because they were having a party. So the two things I booked the hotel for I could not use! In the height of summer, I couldn't cool off in the pool - facilities that customers pay good money for were not available! When I pursued a refund or even a partial refund due to false advertising, it was denied. The balcony was tiny, the rooms were run down and mouldy. The key card broke three times. Food was massively overpriced - £10 euros for one beer at the so-called beach club. Check prices outside of the hotel, as there was nothing to do on-site, you will need to travel!
