The facilities and the location
We were leaving very early to the airport, we kindly asked if they could prepare some breakfast to take away and they said no. Even though breakfast was included, it wouldn't have cost anything to put a bottle of water and a piece of fruit in a bag for us. But they said no way. Bad.
EsraVery friendly staff and a really cozy hotel. Volkan bey welcomed us warmly and helped guide to the parking.
Really good location in a cozy neighborhood and close to everything. Very good sound insulation in the rooms. Very sweet and helpful staff.
