Excellent

We recently stayed at the Greenwood Kemer hotel in Turkey and were very satisfied. We were quickly checked in, and a pleasant surprise was the welcome in the room - a postcard and fruits. Right from the start, we felt the attentive attitude towards guests.

The staff is very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Many employees speak English and Russian, so there were no difficulties in communication.

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Housekeeping was done regularly.

The hotel grounds are simply magnificent. There is a large pool, water park, mini-club, snack bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, spa center, gym, park, and a stage for evening events. Everything is conveniently located, so you can quickly reach any area.

Every day various sports and entertainment activities were organized: yoga, aqua aerobics, water football, step aerobics, and more. The water park welcomed guests twice a day, and the mini-club operated daily.

Special thanks go to the mini-club team. Our son enjoyed creative activities, walks, drawing, riding the 'banana,' and other entertainments. Every evening, there was a children's disco where all little participants were awarded for their activity and achievements in the mini-club. It was very pleasant and motivating for the children.

The mini-club itself is excellently equipped: there is a children's playground, a bouncy room, a creative workshop, a play area with PlayStation, and a room for watching cartoons.

After the children's disco, every evening a colorful evening show for adults and children was held, followed by a disco for everyone interested. Thanks to these evenings, they were interesting and fulfilling.

Also, I want to mention the spa center. The massage was remarkable, and the staff was very attentive and professional. In general, the hotel is very child-friendly, which is especially important for family vacations.

On the territory, you can book excursions, as well as parasailing or 'banana' rides.

The hotel was the best I've had, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was the best of all... our children have not been bored for a moment. The evening show was nice and fun to watch. The food was very nice and delicious. The room was nice and cleaned every day. We were all sad when the time at our accommodation came to an end.

Family-friendly hotel, highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an accident, reception immediately organized a car and drove us to the nearby hospital. He waited until we were done with the treatment. Very helpful and friendly. Family-friendly hotel, even though the hotel was fully booked, it wasn't too busy. Only at dinner in the restaurant did we notice how many guests were in the hotel.
