The staff that I have always known
The cleanliness!
We were there for 14 days and the room was always dirty
When we entered the room, it had not been cleaned yet. The lady said she was very busy, etc. We should wait, but in 3 minutes she was done with the room... that was almost every day like that... I also called the reception 3 times that our floor should not be wet... nothing changed!
The worst part was the doctor in the house... I visited him because I had complaints... he looked at me for 2 minutes and then prescribed drops that I had to pay for, BUT when I looked at my credit card statement, he charged 145€! For what!!!
I went to the reception and their response was we can't do anything about it!!! I will also take legal action! Regarding that!
I paid 6000€ to be ripped off further! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone anymore!

The facilities were great, plenty of room around the hotel, very clean, lots of table service, great staff
Beds were not the comfiest
