This hotel does not deserve any stars, the staff and facilities are poor.

The staff are extremely rude, they do not allow you to take food, they are racist. The food does not taste good, the swimming pool and water slides are not stable or safe. The hotel's location is not good, with no food options nearby. Transportation is poor and locals overcharge tourists.

Disastrously dirty hotel.

All employees were very good. The rest was disappointing.

All the young employees were like gold kids. But they were scolded very little by the bosses, and this was lowering the motivation of the young employees. It seemed to me that they were doing their job compulsorily. Especially the Kurds were scolded a lot; they were even hesitant to speak their language with us, and this made me very sad. The pools were very, very dirty; we entered only once a week. Everything was very dirty; we could not sleep because of the smell of room 1416; I used to close all the sink drains at night. The air conditioners were working well, but the water from the drainage pipe was flowing directly to the balcony; I spread all the dirty towels on the balcony floor fearing that the kids might fall off. The dirtiest elevator I have ever seen in my life was there. We drank LezO all week, thinking it was orange, apple, cherry juice. The beach was a complete fiasco on its own. The transfer bus seemed like it was going to tip over every time. We are living in 2026. The rental car companies were ripping people off. The employees at the spa didn't hesitate to steal.

I enjoyed the tranquil evenings at the property.
