The location near the promenade. The reception guys were very friendly and helpful in trying to solve the issues.
The cleanliness is really poor. Everything needs maintenance. The breakfast is truly meager and without international options.

Close to the beach
SuhaI wish my daughter didn't have this hard bruise that resulted from walking. We couldn't enjoy our vacation due to the pain in her foot.
Very very close to the sea, 5 minutes walk, breakfast was good. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean. Taxis were quickly available, running on the meter. They spoke English fluently, especially the girl who was there morning and afternoon. They provided daily water distribution, towels, and bathroom supplies.
There was a small step between the pool area and the main hotel restaurant, which caused my daughter to bruise and swell her entire foot and ankle from the first day of vacation. We had to go to the hospital at my expense!!! The bedding was old, and the pillowcases were yellow and not completely clean! Lack of variety in the breakfast. The room was not secure enough. I thought Jordan meant garden, but it turned out to be in the basement, and all the rooms could be accessed by everyone. There was no privacy.
