This family-friendly hotel is excellently located on the Turkish Riviera, directly on a beautiful golden sandy beach with the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Various restaurants and an aqualand with water slides make every stay pleasant.

Pleasant
What we liked most was that the hotel was by the sea. Nice sandy beach, perfect location.
1. Pool is too small for such a large hotel.
2. You cannot smoke everywhere (by the pool). Designated smoking areas were dirty and had no seating options.

We had a ruined vacation because of scammers who are in this hotel and act quickly deceiving people for money.
Very warm sea, sandy beach
Very old shower and everything inside, horrible and cunning people who maliciously smile at you and deceive you at every step. In this same hotel, there are scammers who scam you for money, and all this is covered up by all authorities from police to consumer rights, they are all involved!!! Everything is bought!!! On the private beach of the hotel, there are many people not from the hotel who disappear things!!! They offer very inflated prices for services, for example, a massage in the hotel 100 euros with a discount, which even in booking costs 20-25 euros! And so on all levels there!!!!

Very good 8
Considering a few minimal inconveniences, I can recommend this hotel especially for families. We felt good.
The beach is close to the pools, and it is sandy. The beach is clean.
There are many slides for children. The temperature of the pools is good and the pools are clean.
The food is good, there is plenty of variety, not boring / monotonous. They even cooked gluten-free pasta for me, just had to ask the chef. Their bars are open until 1 AM. Their kids club is good. Every evening there is always a mini disco, followed by a show for adults. Their soft ice cream is delicious during the day. If your flight leaves in the afternoon or evening, you can stay at the hotel longer, guests have the opportunity to shower, change clothes, and blow-dry their hair outside of the room. Sunbeds are free. There is coffee all day, as well as various sodas and fruit juices.
The rooms are not very new, but sleeping is perfectly fine. The bathroom could be better... prettier, but it is important that it is clean.
There is no kettle in the rooms for us, which was a problem for us with a small child when preparing formula. Had to ask for one at the reception.
The air conditioning did not work well in the room. It was set at 15 degrees but it was not very cold... we asked for a room change, but since it was fully booked, it was impossible. When getting out of the elevator, there is not a very pleasant smell, at least not on our floor (4th floor).
For those arriving at the hotel at night, after 9 PM, it is better to bring enough food for the flight, as the hotel is not prepared for late arrivals with dinner.
There are two types of soup available at 23:30. If you are lucky, you'll like it, if not, that's too bad. There are no snacks, fries, nuggets, pasta... with sauces... or other foods, which is a well-established and functioning method at many other Turkish hotels. They do not pay attention to who arrives late (especially with young children) to provide a proper meal. (I do not mean they need to set up a full dining table, not that, but families leave home in the morning and arrive at the hotel by midnight, a little attention in this area would be nice. We brought sandwiches, but they were gone long before we arrived at the hotel.)
Those arriving after 9 PM will remain hungry until the next morning. The toilet near the children's pool is not very fragrant. They clean it as much as they can, but it could use a renovation.
