Food Good Low Water Pressure Bad

Food, value for money, simple good all-inclusive hotel
The water pressure was very very low (I had a rain shower head in the room but the extremely low water pressure made it useless), WiFi wouldn't connect to my far end of building room (but they refunded me, since WiFi costs extra per day)

The shower barely works.
The hairdryer as well.
There are no glasses in the room, although there are tea bags🤣.
Some staff members - a rare gem. Not everyone.
But the person who checked us in, when asked when we would be checked in (and we arrived later than check-in time), replied: I don't know, everyone is waiting seated, maybe in an hour, EVERYTHING IS SLOW.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back, and we will happily recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is officially a 3-star hotel, but it absolutely exceeded our expectations.
The first thing we noticed was the perfectly clean, crisp white bed linen. The rooms were spotless, everything was clean and well maintained, and we slept very comfortably. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathrooms had everything we needed, including soap and clean towels, and fresh bottled water was brought to our rooms every day.
There was a huge variety of food. Everyone in our family, including our children, always found something delicious to eat. There were plenty of drinks, fresh fruit, and especially tasty desserts. The kitchen and dining area were always very clean, and the staff cleared used dishes almost immediately.
The pool was cleaned regularly, the sun loungers were washed every day, and the whole territory was beautifully maintained. We loved seeing banana trees, grapevines, and all the greenery around the hotel.
We had two rooms: one overlooked the local market, while the other had an amazing view of the mountains. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful landscape was truly special.
The hotel staff deserve special thanks. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. We would especially like to thank Hüseyin at the reception. He explained everything clearly, was always ready to help, and was incredibly welcoming to both us and our children. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
As a Muslim woman who wears a hijab, I also felt comfortable staying here. If evening bar entertainment is not important to you, the hotel offers a very comfortable and respectful environment for a relaxing family holiday.
We truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back, and we will happily recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

In general, if we say this is a 3-star hotel, if you don't spend time in the room, it's very good, cozy, calm. In general, we liked it.

Location of the property. Very friendly staff at the reception, especially a guy who works during the day is very interested in making sure your vacation goes well, always smiling and ready to help. The guy in the restaurant Janir is also very good, always ready to help, smiling and assisting.
Didn't like:
1. Hot water is not available at all and there is no water pressure. The technician came and said this is all he can do, but he can't fix the water pressure issue in the faucet which drips from the shower. The mixer shower itself is in terrible condition.
2. The cleaning staff in the rooms. They simply do not clean, should change the bedding every two days, but they didn't change it once in 10 days. On the other hand, we were always at the beach so we didn't pay attention to it. Not cleaning constantly, need to be told to take out the trash, clean the floor because of the sand. And when she opened the door, she covered the bed, spread out the towels and left.
