This hotel deserves a no-star rating. The staff and facilities are poor.

The staff is really rude and they don't allow you to take food. They are racist. The food is really bad and doesn't taste good. The swimming pool water slides are not stable enough or safe to use.

Disastrously dirty hotel room.

All the staff were very good. The rest was a disappointment.

All of the young employees were like gold children. But they were getting scolded by the bosses a lot, and this was demotivating the young employees. It seemed to me that they were doing their jobs reluctantly. Especially the Kurdish young people were scolded a lot, they were hesitant to speak their own language with us, which made me very sad.
