Not worth $300 a night

The reception staff were extremely friendly. They escorted us to the room and provided a thorough explanation of the amenities. The breakfast selection was delicious and varied.

The cleanliness of the suite was subpar: long black hairs on the floor and dust present in various spots throughout the rooms.

There is virtually no soundproofing. The bathroom is the main issue: we could hear our neighbors' music and conversations clearly through the wall. Furthermore, the room's proximity to the stage exposed us to all the music from the evening events until midnight.

The communal dining area on the ground floor is in a deplorable state. It was extremely hot with malfunctioning air conditioning and no fans. Even the local Turkish staff were visibly sweating. The quality of the fruit was also lacking.

The coffee machines are a disaster. With only two machines for all the guests, there was a continuous queue of four to five people waiting. The machine took an excessive amount of time to prepare a simple cappuccino, and it consistently displayed errors, requiring someone to empty the used coffee grounds container, refill water, or add milk. This issue needs to be addressed promptly.

The value for money is unacceptable considering we paid over $300 per night. This rate is exorbitant, especially for a small resort town in Turkey.

We have no intention of returning or recommending this hotel unless all the issues are resolved or the prices are reduced.

We waited a long time for check-in. The room was not to our liking. Although the booking was with a sea view, the offer upon arrival was for the first floor and, together with the sea view, it did not offer a very beautiful view of the roof. The staff was not very responsive in addressing and resolving the issue with the accommodation, which unfortunately led us to decline and regret the waste of time.
