From the pool and the friendliness of most staff members.

From the food that was very limited and of poor quality. From the Spa, gym, dinner schedule. It is not acceptable that in a 5-star hotel the gym closes at 18.45 and dinner is until 21h. There is no place to pick up a fruit or yogurt after 16h. The air conditioning only worked well. The pastry shop that opened at 12h and closed at 17h. It was impossibly hot in the dining room and bars. The beach towels, besides being very used, had to be picked up and dropped at the SPA, which closes at 18.45h. On the eve of departure day at 07.00, I asked for breakfast. They told me to get a sandwich from the bar fridge. The service is not of a hotel nor of a 4-star one. The beach has many stones, you have to wear shoes to go into the sea.
