Dirty hotel room, limited food options, no hot water for showering. If you want to eat, be prepared to wait in line 30 minutes before meals.

Everything is in bad condition and people are pushing each other to get food during meal times

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. For a hotel advertised as 4-star and all-inclusive, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The location was convenient, and some of the staff were clearly trying to help despite appearing to be seriously overworked. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by the significant problems with the food, hygiene, maintenance and overall standard of the hotel.
Very poor food quality, particularly grilled and fried food, with chips containing small black bits apparently from repeatedly reused oil. Processed meat kebabs were particularly unpleasant. I witnessed flies on buffet food, and several dishes smelled off. Both myself and my 14-year-old daughter suffered vomiting and diarrhoea for more than three days during the stay, which we strongly suspect was related to food consumed at the hotel. Cold drinks were heavily diluted.
Our room had significant bathroom staining/poor hygiene, a broken toilet seat and unfinished areas around the bathroom door. Hot water failed repeatedly: after numerous complaints it was repaired, worked for only two days and then failed again, despite further complaints.
The bedrooms had fixed air conditioning, but the lobby and lounge areas relied on portable units which were ineffective, with hot outside air continually entering the buildings. The lobby also smelled strongly of cigarettes. People, apparently hotel staff, regularly sat on the stairs or immediately outside our rooms, sometimes for much of the night, which affected our privacy and comfort. Staff appeared severely overworked and rarely greeted or engaged with guests.
