HafsaNot a good stay and I would not recommend it to anyone
HafsaOverall, our stay was disappointing.
The apartments were tidy and nicely decorated.
We reserved a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom apartment from the 8th to the 12th of June. Our stay had several issues. Firstly, I paid the full amount for the accommodation on the morning of our arrival, but the hotel claimed they had not received it. After some time, they confirmed the payment. On the second day, they mentioned they had not copied my husband's passport. Both apartments were quite small, and there was a recurring sewerage odour, particularly strong at times. This seemed familiar to the hotel staff since all windows were open when we arrived at midnight. There was also a smell in the lifts. When we raised our concerns at the reception, they offered to switch to a one-bedroom apartment, as no two-bedroom apartments were available. Housekeeping attempted to mask the odour with air fresheners, which was ineffective. On our final night, the hotel reception called to say security reported an extra person in the flat. I had booked the flats for 5 adults and 1 child, so this was incorrect. They later claimed it was a misunderstanding due to my passport not being provided, although I gave it upon check-in. During check-out, the receptionist mentioned an additional charge of 200 liras per room per day for using the fast internet. Essentially, guests are charged extra for using the hotel's WiFi during their stay.
