Disappointing

Good location

The hotel is very old and needs renovation.

The dishes were dirty, I suggest replacing the dishwashing machine.

The bedding was dirty.

In terms of price and quality, the hotel is okay if it's clean.

The hotel has a great location, but needs improvement in food service and additional staff in the restaurant. Place shampoo in the room and in the bathroom.

Clean rooms, no smell of plumbing. The way to the beach is beautiful, green, birds are singing.

The food is terrible, no meat at all, the cutlets were semi-finished products and inedible. The chicken kebab was raw, the chicken dish was never fully cooked. Dirty dishes, cutlery, they put them out as clean but they were greasy. Not enough staff, they physically couldn't keep up with cleaning after guests in the restaurant. Snack bar only served pizza and not enough for everyone, it worked from 2 to 4. Ice cream from 2 to 3. It also wasn't enough for all guests. Only water was provided at the beach by the hotel. There are no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. At the reception they said that the hotel does not provide amenities. The shampoo and body wash are moved to the soap holder in the shower. So bring your own shampoo. As there is also none in the bathroom. We had to get a piece of soap in the bathroom, as we can't take a wall-mounted soap dish from the room. Poor soundproofing. Thankfully the music stops at 11. So you can close your eyes if the food was normal. But we were left hungry. There really isn't anything to eat. Only apples, oranges, and pears for fruit. Only wet cakes and baklava for desserts. Tea ran out quickly. Not enough seating for all guests in the restaurant. The pool bars didn't always work, water was turned off at 4. In short, the hotel saved on everything. Unpleasant impressions of the vacation remained.
