The hotel itself is actually good: the thermal pools are good, the rooms are clean, and the location is convenient for a relaxing stop.
The management's behaviour at check-in was very stressful and dishonest.
Despite my booking being fully paid via Booking.com (BKG*Booking.com), the staff claimed they 'don't work with the site' and had no record of me. They even tried to show me the website doesn't work in Turkey (knowing it's blocked without VPN), trying to confuse me. Only after I insisted, mentioned calling the Police (Jandarma), and contacted Booking support, they suddenly 'found' my reservation and checked me in.
It felt like a clear attempt to ignore a pre-paid booking. If they tell you 'no reservation', do not believe them—show your bank statement and call support immediately.

The room was pleasant, the number of pools is huge, the water is non-smelly, the view is magnificent, super luxury is worthy, the food is excellent, lots of meat
The heaters turn off early, there was no hot water in the room, only warm, because of this, they didn't use the bathtub at all
