I liked the complimentary water and tea and I like the hotel's location.
Sometimes the tea ran out.

The only positive aspect was the helpful staff who were doing their best to assist.
The place was extremely dirty. We suspect that it had not been cleaned since the previous stay. Upon entering, the room was extremely smelly. After inspecting thoroughly, we discovered rotten food inside the bin which had not been removed. We had to take it out and clean it ourselves.
The bed linen was incredibly dirty with hair and dirt marks throughout. When we asked for it to be changed, we were provided with a bedsheet and two pillowcases to change ourselves, which were still wet from washing (not dried properly). Consequently, we had to endure sleeping on a damp bedsheet as it was late at night and we were unable to do anything about it.
The shower room drain is blocked and fills up when in use.
The location was convenient, with most major attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the staff member at reception was helpful. These are the only positive points I can mention.
As it is a budget hotel, one cannot expect top-notch quality, but they could have put in a little more effort to ensure cleanliness, at the very least.
