The buffet restaurant can be noisy and unpleasant for dinner.
At check-in, we received our keys and had to locate our room on our own. Lacked hospitality and no orientation of the resort upon arrival. Communication was difficult due to limited English proficiency.
Vegetarian food not clearly labelled in the buffet, making it challenging for vegetarians to identify suitable options.
The resort primarily caters to European and Turkish guests, with limited provision for Indian dietary requirements.
High room rates. Unwelcoming atmosphere. I would not revisit this hotel.
