When we arrived at 2:00 PM, our room was not clean. We had to wait 40 minutes before it was ready, and it seemed that none of the rooms had been prepared.
After waiting, we finally received our room, but the bed was wet. The sheets and pillowcases were damp, and there was no hot water—only cold water.
There is also a nightclub downstairs that stays open until 4:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep because of the loud music. Even in the morning, it was still very noisy because staff were cleaning up and throwing glass bottles around.
We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM, which was the check-in time, but not a single room was clean and ready.
It was impossible to sleep because there is a nightclub downstairs that stays open until 4:00 AM.
There was no hot water, only cold water.
There were no clean towels.
The electricity went out for about an hour while we were there.
Overall, it was impossible to get any rest. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Located in a convenient spot in Kaleiçi. The restaurant services are of high quality. Metin is very helpful in everything.
It was not a feature that I disliked, but as the facility also states, the hotel is located in an area that is active 24 hours a day. Therefore, I would like those who are sensitive to noise to be aware.
